Dr. Calvin Fitch is a Harvard-trained licensed clinical psychologist. Over the past 11 years, Dr. Fitch has helped people use relaxation as a tool for promoting mental wellness. He combines research-supported techniques with his own experience and background as a gay Black man to create self-help tools for other gay and bisexual men. He sees this as an act of activism--taking power from a deeply flawed healthcare system and helping to ensure that minoritized individuals have access to quality tools improve their mental health.
